The SecurDigital management is comprised of experienced entrepreneurs and business professionals from the consumer, finance, technology, government and secure homeland industries. The management team possesses a breadth of functional experience in software product development, system and network integration, the marketing of emerging products/technologies, strategic partnering and corporate finance. Management also has international business development experience in Canada, Latin America, Europe, Asia – Worldwide.

Bruce Magown is a co-founder of SecurDigital, Inc. and the Managing Partner of Magown Advisory Group, LLP., a Private Equity Group  investing in and advising technology focused companies. Prior to joining SecurDigital, Mr. Magown established Integration Technologies, Inc. and developed InterWeave™, (www.inteweave.biz) a multi-tenant integration platform for SaaS application which provides complete integration Solutions – as a Service and Sales-On-demand, LLC., to support emerging and first stage companies with Go-To-Market Programs, Direct Outsourced Sales and Lead Generation Programs. Mr. Magown was the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Audit Committee Chair, Investor and Board member of the Uncommon Media Group, LLC. Mr. Magown subsequently served as President and Chief Operations Officer of Knoa Corp., a privately held company focusing on interactive and media rich solutions. Mr. Magown was the Vice President of the Strategic Alliance of Sun/Netscape formed by America Online and Sun Microsystems representing Canada, the United States East Coast, and Latin America. Mr. Magown also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Information Engineering, Inc., an e-business provider.

W. Steven Garrett, is a co-founder of SecurDigital, Inc. (securdigital.com) with information gathered and disseminated from among the dozens of Leading Edge Technology members of his PGC Consortium (www.phoenixgenesiscorp.com) He brings over 35 years of exceptional business experience, being CEO of Public Companies, CNH Holdings (Cistera Networks), DTGI.BB (Model Dorm), CHDT:BB(China Trading Co.), and XCHC:BB (Airgate RFID Technologies) Steven has also founded and been CEO of Fat Free Burger Co.(Providing Microwave-ready cheeseburgers to Military Commissaries on a Global Contract); all  successful companies. He has been involved in directing leading edge technology Start-up Companies; providing Executive and Financial Guidance, Marketing, and Sales Management, Corporate Strategic Planning, Systems Organization, Methods, Orientation, Security and Efficiency Development. He has a wide variety of knowledge and experience in developing Franchising (Franchise Concepts of MA), Manufacturing Plants (Fannies Fat Free Cheesecakes for Dr. Atkins), Marketing & Sales Organizations (Lion Sportswear and Faded Glory Jeans), eBiz-Tranz Form (designing and building web portals), Internet Solution Providers, Software Developers, Security, and e-Business systems. Mr. Garrett has organized dozens of suppliers and support departments to work efficiently together in many of his ventures.
