SecurDigital, Inc., was incorporated on October 22, 2009, in Delaware as a ”C” corporation. The Executive Team has been working together on security solutions, for four (4) years prior to SecurVoice being developed as a need for one of those projects championed by a member, Steve I. Cooper, former CIO for White House, DHS, The Red Cross, and now the CIO of the Air Traffic Controllers technology modernization division, for the FAA. SecurVoice founders are experienced technology entrepreneurs and business professionals from the consumer, finance, technology, government and secure homeland industries with deep experience in Health, Financial and Emergency Management industries. The management team possesses a breadth of functional experience in software product development, system, and network integration, the marketing of emerging products, technologies, strategic collaborating, and corporate finance.

On February 28, 2011, AmeriStar Network Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ) announced the merger of SecurDigital Inc. into a wholly-owned subsidiary was effective.

SecurVoice is operating system, application platform, devise and carrier independent and works with all existing legacy systems. It operates on top of the existing network carriers. SecurDigital is a global leader in delivering system-level technology solutions to the advanced wireless markets. SecurDigital is focused on the globally accepted FIPS 140-2, level 2 validation and has begun the process for Secret and NSA’s Top Secret Certification. The commercial market is our first focus and goal, in taking SecurVoice to market.
